রিফান্ড এবং রিটার্ন নীতি

অর্ডারকৃত প্রোডাক্ট সফলভাবে ডেলিভারি হওয়ার পর, রিফান্ড বা রিটার্ন এর জন্য আবেদন করা যাবেনা।
অর্ডারকৃত প্রোডাক্টটি যদি উল্লিখিত বিবরণের সাথে সামাঞ্জস্যতা না থাকে এবং নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি করতে ব্যর্থ হয়, সেক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য হবে।
ক্রেতা যদি রিফান্ডের জন্য বিবেচিত হয়, সেক্ষেত্রে অর্ডার করার সময় হতে ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে রিফান্ডের জন্য আবেদন করতে হবে।
রিফান্ডের ক্ষেত্রে ৭ থেকে ১০ কার্যদিবস সময় প্রযোজ্য হবে।
রিফান্ডের ক্ষেত্রে ব্যাংক কর্তৃক ফি / চার্জ ক্রেতাকে বহন করতে হবে।

Once the product ordered has been successfully delivered, no refund or return can be applied for.
If the product ordered does not conform to the specified description and fails to be delivered within the stipulated time, refund will be applicable.
If the buyer is considered for a refund, the refund must be applied for within 24 hours from the time of ordering.
7 to 10 working days will be applicable for the refund.
In case of refund the fee / charge by the bank has to be borne by the buyer.
